| 7. Property sale & marketing - sole agency | 2% of sale price |
| 8. Property sale & marketing - multiple agency | 3.5% of sale price |
Notes:
- All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
- Property search and acquisition fee is payable on exchange of contracts.
- Property Letting fees are charged for the full term of the tenancy, generally annually, at the commencment of the tenancy.
- Property Management fees are charged monthly.
