Administering the purchase process
Once you have decided on a property and we have helped you to agree your purchase with the vendor, then we are on hand to take care of and guide you through the whole purchase process. We deal with all general matters relating to the purchase on your behalf, liasing with the vendor, solicitors, surveyors and lenders.
We keep you regularly advised of progress but only refer back to you specifically on matters of utmost importance. We will ensure the purchase completes without fuss, again saving you valuable time and money and leaving you free to deal with the day to day matters at home or work.
We are on hand to 'take delivery' of your property on completion. We will carry out a comprehensive 'pre-completion check' to ensure the property has been completed as stated in the contract and ensure that any items negotiated within the purchase price, such as carpets or kitchen appliances, have indeed been included.
We will even help to arrange the connection of the utilities such as gas, electricity and telephone and advise the local authority for Council Tax purposes.
