One of the most important aspects of our role as your UK agents, is the letting and management of your property. We take this role very seriously and it is our aim to provide a reliable, professional yet personal approach, as with all aspects of our business.
By dealing with carefully selected property, we have proved time and time again that we are able to quickly find reliable tenants willing to pay top market rents. This ensures the 'void' or empty periods are kept to an absolute minimum.
Our tenants are, in the main, of professional standing, often foreign business executives and their families seconded to the UK for a number of years. Our historic connections with the Japanese community in London means we are well placed to let to some of worlds largest Companies and Corporations.
Our Tenancy Agreements and other related documents have been approved by all of the leading Building Societies, Banks and Lawyers and conform to the current housing laws in the UK.
We operate a comprehensive computerised management system which handles rent collection, clients accounts, property maintenance and repairs and other important matters such as property insurance.
Rents are collected and processed monthly and paid promptly to your nominated bank account. Monthly statements are sent to you so you can easily track all rental receipts and other regular payments.
