UK Property Investments (UKPI) was established in 1989 by Richard Gordon who, having gained considerable experience working in the international property investment field, recognised the need for a reliable and knowledgeable company to assist clients who wanted to purchase high quality residential property as buy-to-let investments.

 

The business was originally aimed at overseas and international clients who wanted to invest in the UK, and soon built a sizable client base throughout the world, including countries such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa,  Australia and Russia.

 

Today we manage a large portfolio of properties located throughout London and the south east. By only working with prime property in carefully chosen locations, we have been able to produce maximum returns for our clients on both rental income and capital values.
