How we work

 

Property search & acquisition. Following an initial consultation, we work with you to establish your objectives and optimum level of investment. We have extensive contacts within the property industry and are able to source some excellent and interesting opportunities, many ‘off market’. By carefully pre-selecting and inspecting all properties before presenting them to you, we ensure your time is not wasted considering unsuitable properties.

Overseeing the purchase. Once you have decided on a property and we have helped you to negotiate  your purchase with the vendor, we are on hand to guide you through the whole purchase process. We deal with all general matters relating to the purchase on your behalf, liaising with the vendor, solicitors, surveyors and lenders.

Completion & hand over. We are on hand to 'take delivery' of your property on completion. We will carry out a comprehensive 'pre-completion check' to ensure the property has been completed as stated in the contract and ensure that any items negotiated within the purchase price, such as carpets or kitchen appliances, have indeed been included.

Furnishing & preparation for letting. By providing basic but stylish furnishings you will maximise the letting potential and rental income. We can assist by providing a comprehensive range of furnishings, blinds, curtains and kitchen equipment and will deliver, assemble and arrange the furniture and prepare the property, ready for occupation.

Letting & management. One of the most important aspects of our role as your UK agent, is the letting and management of your property. This service is provided by our sister company UKPI Management. This role is taken very seriously and we pride ourselves on the reliable, professional yet personal approach we provide. We have proved time and time again that we are able to quickly find reliable tenants willing to pay top market rents. Our knowledge and experience means you can relax knowing your investment is in safe hands.
