Notes:
1. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. 2. Items 1, 2 & 3 are provided by UKPI Sales. 3. Item 2 is usually appropriate for those based outside the UK and are unable to attend the completion hand over. This fee becomes due and is payable on exchange of contracts. 4. Items 4 to 8 are provided by UK Property Investments Lettings & Management which is owned and managed by Leila Hsuan. 5. Property Letting fees are charged for the full term of the tenancy, generally annually, at the commencement of the tenancy. 6. Property Management fees are charged monthly.
