Items 3 to 8 are provided by UK Property Investments Lettings & Management.

Property search and acquisition fee becomes due on exchange of contracts.

Property Letting fees are charged for the full term of the tenancy, generally annually, at the commencement of the tenancy.

Property Management fees are charged monthly.
